Fern Ruezga born and raised in the Bay Area knows the bay very well, since the age of twelve he's been attracted to illustrate things. Always growing up with many animals on his backyard there was a constant need of constructing storages, horse stables, and barns which of course Fern enjoyed doing very much.
At the age of sixteen, Fern designed and built his first room addition per code for a neighbor close by. Then at the age of eighteen he joined a large construction firm where he quickly escalated to the top being one of the best Project Managers in the company. There he maintained the company at a high level by managing employees, subcontractors, coordinated city or county inspections, also attended meetings with clients and architects.
After, he decided to go on his own, because there's a constant need for quality honest contractors in the Bay Area. This is how Bella Home Builders, Inc. was founded.
Fern has a philosophy of business, "We do what's right, and the finance end of things will follow. Once you get off the focus and start being driven solely by financial considerations you end up on a slippery slope". I look at business with the goal of long term success rather than seeking a quick profit.
Mr. Ruezga sums up his philosophy in this way "you can build skills, but you can't build character" and that is what shines through Bella Home Builders.
Clients learn some of the differences that set us apart from similar firms is our willingness to ensure that the job gets done to the client’s specifications and complete satisfaction. That is our highest priority.
