My mom contacted 3 companies to repair water damage to the ceiling in her home. After receiving a detailed explanation of the work to be done and a follow up email with a written estimate, we decided to hire Bella Home Builders. The other companies provided no follow up. A Contract was signed, the work was scheduled and completed exactly when they said it would be, even after the scope of work had changed due to extensive water damage not for seen in the original estimate. Their workers showed up on time, kept the work space immaculate, explained when there were questions, and took pride in their work. This is how hiring a Contractor should be and if that's not enough, they even came back and touched up the finish work when I asked -- no extra charge.
